Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 10% of the rent total is due no later than 5 days prior to arrival or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 2 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of $300.00. The damage deposit is payable upon arrival. It will be automatically refunded on the day of check-out, provided no charges apply.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.
